Polar bears are large sea mammals. They live at the North Pole on the edge of the ice pack. Why do they live there? Well, I will tell you. It is because it is easier for them to get food.
Did you know they eat walrus, seals, sea lions and fish? YIKES! A polar bear can eat a human, but it rarely happens because not many people live near the polar bears. REMEMBER, polar bears live at the North Pole!
They have white fur and slightly webbed feet which helps them swim. Polar bears do the dog paddle! Did you know that all polar bears are left-handed?
