Pumpkin Acrostic Poems

Put your pumpkin on the porch.

pumpkinUnder the vines.

Make pumpkin pie.

Pick the biggest for your dad.

Keep it in a safe place.

Inside the pumpkin are seeds.

Now we eat the pumpkin pie.

Pumpkins are in the pumpkin patch.

Use a little pumpkin for Thanksgiving.

My dad is going to have pumpkin pie.

Pick a big pumpkin.

Keep the small pumpkin.

I think the small one is cute.

Now we can eat the pie.

  1. Allison, I liked when you wrote about the seeds inside the pumpkin. You wrote a very good poem.
Gavin, I like when you used a little pumpkin for Thanksgiving. It made me wonder what you did with such a small pumpkin.
